The permanent pleats are nice. I'm a beginner and this simplifies things for me greatly not having to dig around and figure out where my pleats are supposed to be. That gives me time to focus on my drills.

Fits exactly as expected and the quality is nice for the price.

I have 2 of these hakama now. They hold their shape extremely well. I honestly now will not wear a hakama that does not have permanent pleats.
You look impeccable in these hakama and stand out in a crowd in a properly put together sense.
